It is not an accident that the

Mayan Long Point Calendar

ends during the

Year of the Dragon.

The Year of the Dragon and the Mayan Calendar are both based on cycles of time. The year 2012 is a year when the Year of the Dragon and the Mayan Calendar intersect.

Some believe the the end of life as we know it is in 2012. More specifically on the date of the Winter Solstice, December 21, 2012. One or more of the following events will result in the Apocalypse:

1. A win by the Republican Party in the United States ~ luckily we avoided that one!!!!

2. A reversal of the Earth’s poles that will in turn cause other calamitous changes ( sounds like Mitt Romney’s campaign policies???)

3. The planet Niburu coming very close to the Earth, upsetting the gravitational field.

4. Major solar flares capable of knocking out all communications and electronics. ( Could be Anonymous which is a loosely associated hacktivist group ~ like that word Hacktivist)

5. Collision with a large asteroid or comet.

6. The return of extra-terrestrial coming to take back the planet they once colonized.

7. Rising ocean levels caused by global warming that can flood all but the highest points. (Already had that one)

8. Collapse of the Global economy. (This could be the the number one cause of the end of the world)

9. We all fall off a fiscal cliff.
